He died 12-9-1937.He and Nonie belle Sprott are buried in Jasper,Alabama.They had 4 chidren .Jesse Orville Long Jr,Stewart ,Margaret Sprott Long and Samuel Sprott Long.Jesse Orville Long Jr Married Dixie Belle McConnell They had 2 children Carol and Jess.

J.O.Orville jr was born 4-24-1904 in Jasper,Al.I have a booklet compiled by Samuel Sprott Long in 1965.
A Partial List Of the Descendants Of John Long Of Tennesse Henry Sprott Long was my grandfather. He was the son of Thomas Leeper Long and Augusta Sprott
