THIS MATTER having come
before the Court pursuant to the Notice of Hearing on Debtor's Disclosure
Statement; the Court finding that notice and an opportunity for hearing were
fair and adequate and in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and Rules; the
Debtor, based on objections filed, as submitted its Amended Disclosure Statement
("Amended Disclosure Statement''); the Court finding that the Amended
Disclosure Statement contains adequate information as required by 1I U.S.C. §
1125; and the Court otherwise being fully advised, now, therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED, and notice is hereby given,
that:
1. The Amended Disclosure Statement is
approved.
2. September 21, 2003 at 5:00 p.m.
is the deadline for submitting written acceptances or rejections of the Plan.
Acceptances or rejections shall be submitted by ballot. Completed ballots will
