I got to visit for lunch in December, and for a day in May with my old friend Bick Johnson. Bick is the executive chef at two of his own restaurants at Tellico Lake Yacht Club and the Tanasi Clubhouse near Tellico Dam in Knoxville, Tennessee. His wonder wife manages the restaurants.
